The Coronavirus Yellow Card site was formally launched on Monday 4 May as a dedicated service that both healthcare professionals and patients can use.

Report suspected side effects to medicines or medical device and diagnostic adverse incidents used in coronavirus treatment to ensure safe and effective use.
